Matrix – an 11-day programme, starting with a two-day residential course and then one day a month. Matrix runs in large cities and is for experienced, cross-sector leaders, the programme covers different leadership issues and real-life business challenges, with visits, keynote speakers and panel discussions throughout. This day is day six of the programme.
