Perfectly

Perfectly was a website performance service I built in 2020. It ran Google's Lighthouse against the pages you cared about, automatically and from several regions, so nobody had to remember to run it after every change. A small optional JavaScript snippet gathered real performance scores, including Web Vitals, from actual visitors, which you could break down by country, browser and device.

On top of that it monitored pages hourly and alerted you when performance changed, turned the data into a list of things to fix, and could connect to a Git repository or a test suite to catch problems before they went live. The homepage was A/B testing its own headline when the Wayback Machine captured it.
